Our smart app is designed to run on workflows, and the workflows are super easy to build! In this page, we’ll see how you can create these workflows to run the app and solve all your formatting problems!
Workflow #1: Smart Phone Number Check
In this workflow, we will show you how to run the check that will see if your number has any problem or not. Let’s see how you can create the workflows:
- Go to Automation > Workflows and click on “Create workflow”
- The default state will be “Contact-based” and Blank workflow. Click “Next”
- Now, we will have to create a trigger. For the trigger of our app, select “When filter criteria are met”.
- From there, click on “Contact properties”.
- Search and find the property “Phone number”. Click on the property.
- Set the filter criteria as “Phone number is known AND IP country is known”
- Once you are done with the filters, click on the plus sign to bring up the action panel. From there, scroll down to the bottom till you find “Smart Phone Number Formatter”. If you click on that, you will see the two actions, “Smart Phone Number Check” and “Smart Phone Number Format”. Click on “Smart Phone Number Check”.
- Once you click on “Smart Phone Number Check”, you will see the action panel there with three input values.
- Phone Number: This is where your phone number property will go. Search and click on your phone number property to input in there.
- Country (Optional): This is where you will put your IP country property. If you leave it blank, the app will assume that the number is US.
- Output (Optional): If you want, you can store the result in a different property. In order to do that, you need to put the properties’ internal name here. You can find the internal name of a property by going to property settings and clicking on the property.
But, we recommend using the PF-Phone Number Quality property, which is created by us.
- Click on save when you are done, and that is all you need to manually do!
- Now, review and publish the workflow! That will be all!
You can see the result of this workflow
Workflow #2: Smart Phone Number Format
- Follow steps 1 through 6 of the previous workflow to create a new workflow and set up the trigger, and then, select Smart Phone Number Format this time.
- Once you click on “Smart Phone Number Format”, you will also see the same action panel there with the same three input values.
But, we recommend using the PF-Formatted Number property for testing. Once you are finished and satisfied with the testing, you can directly import it into the “Phone number” property.
- Now, review and publish the workflow, and that will be all!
